In order to prepare a perfect piece of meat in a top heat grill, we have developed the "BEEFING" app. In just a few simple steps you can beef your beef according to your personal taste in any top heat grill.
1. Select Cut, Doneness of meat and Thickness of meat.
2. Beefe the first page after the calculated time limit.
3. Beef the second side after the calculated time limit.
4. Cook the piece on the lowest doneness position according to the time schedule.
5. Done
The calculated cooking times are based on a top heat grill - "Full" = approx. 4.2 kW nominal power and "Half" = approx. 2.5 kW rated power. The calculated cooking times may deviate in the case of differentiated outputs. The safety and hazard information as well as the instructions for use of the respective manufacturer of top heat grills must always be observed.
